Evaluation of antioxidant activity by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical-scavenging (Sharma and Bhat, 2009) and oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) assays (Ou et al., 2001).

Qualitative and quantitative analysis of essential oils by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.
